When we first started our company in 1980, the nutritional supplement business was in a state of disarray. Nutritional supplements of varying quality were sold in health food stores at astronomically high prices, and the term "Natural" was just a loosely used buzzword with many different meanings. Consumers, the few there were at that time, were left with no other choice but to guess as to which products were made with natural ingredients, and which were made synthetic compounds and cheap excipients.

Recognizing the need for quality, natural products, Magno-Humphries Laboratories brought together a collection of industry veterans with more than 30 years of experience in health food, manufacturing operations and product development to create the OPTIMUM^® brand of dietary supplements.

We devoted ourselves to manufacturing the highest-quality nutritional supplements available and providing consumers with dependable products. Today, through a concerted effort on behalf of everyone on the Magno-Humphries team, the OPTIMUM^® brand of dietary supplements has established its presence on the shelves in retail and independent pharmacies across the country.

Our devotion to quality and strict adherence to good manufacturing practices has allowed us to establish a firm position in the dietary supplement market, in addition to expanding into the herbal and over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceutical markets. While we are constantly searching for new ways to improve our methods, our main goal is to create a wide selection of high quality, value-priced products.

Every product we manufacture is tested by our working analytical laboratory to ensure that they meet or exceed the United States Pharmacopoeia Standards (USP) or whichever appropriate standard for quality. We are prepared to provide methodology and documentation on any product manufactured and sold by Magno-Humphries Laboratories.

We have the ability to limit production runs which enable us to guarantee delivery schedules.
