Returns Policy

All Optimum/MHL Products are 100% sales guaranteed.  A credit or exchange will be facilitated with the customer that purchased the products through the Magno-Humphries, Inc. website or through phone orders, when the following return procedures are met, as outlined below:

1.         Any return must first receive a Return Authorization number (RA #) from our Customer Services before returning.  No returned product/s will be accepted without an RA Number.  RA Number can be acquired by calling 1-800-935-6737 ext. 100 or ext 125;

 2.          All shipping errors, over shipments, shortages, or incorrect items, must be reported to customer services within 10 business days of receipt of order.  Upon approval and verification of the error, full credit will be given.  Shipping errors reported after 10 business days from date of receipt will not be accepted for full credit;

 3.          Return product with RA # marked on the outside of the box, and any pertinent paperwork must be inside the box.  Any box without the RA number marked on the box will be refused;

 4.        Products are to be shipped by returned freight prepaid to the address below:

  5.       Any product returned that does not comply with these procedures will not be accepted.
